Utility bills sky rocketing

Has anyone noticed the utilities bills increasing dramatically. I understand that the usage has increased a lot for some. But other cases, people who have been working from home for years, the situation hasn’t really changed much, and the utilities bill has almost doubled. We are living tough days, and we need to think about the people in hardship, Why would local government increase the cost of utilities? Based on supply/ demand rules?

FPL will be providing a one time credit for the month of May utilities.
Our home FP&L bill hasn’t changed much from the last few months but our water/sewer bill has definitely increased. It is appalling that utility companies would seek to profit at a time like this. Wasn’t FP&L announcing a 25% cut ??
