SPA Repairs

Dear Piepointe Three Residents,

Sorry for the inconvenience with the spa being unavailable for use.

Our HOA board is working with a company to get the heat pump replaced.

We are getting trying to get quotes from at least two installers to ensure we get the best value possible.

Please be patient during this time as we work to get the spa in operations again.
