Happy Holidays-2022 Year End Recap

Dear Pierpointe Three residents and friends,as we close out yet another year in our community we want to reach out with a recap of this past year’s biggest completed items:

• 11 trees removed/ replaced. We replaced with 3 Crape Myrtles, 2 Pigeon Plums, 2 Vera woods, 2 Pink Tabs, 2 Japanese Ferns and ONE Evergreen Fir Tree.

• PP3 Rules & Regulations were reviewed and revised.

• Pool Parties once again allowed.

• Storm Drains cleaned/certified.

• Parking Enforcement initiated.

• Spa heater pump replaced.

• Reserves are now $180,000

We know that there’s more to do as we move forward into 2023, tweaks to day to day issues that we can continue to work together to achieve, more trees that need attention, general upkeep items, but today we simply want to thank all of you- our friends and neighbors, for your input and support along the way.
