POOL REOPENING FRIDAY 6/19/2020 ***SEE GUIDELINES*** After a lengthy research with the health department and Broward emergency orders and CDC Covid-19 Guidelines we are happy to announce the opening of our PP3 Pool.  It is very important to follow every rule posted on this email and signs posted at the pool area. If any questions please contact Broward emergency order hotline  954-831-3900 ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE CLOSURE OF THE POOL FOLLOW THESE SAFETY STEPS 1. RESIDENTS ONLY over the age of 18. Minors shall be accompanied by an adult. 2. HOURS OF OPERATION: Dawn to Dusk 3. Pool bathing load NOT TO EXCEED TEN (10) OCCUPANTS at any given time. 4. All pool furniture has been removed. Use of concrete benches, seating and tables is prohibited. Residents may BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. 5. WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 6. RESIDENTS SHALL BRING AND UTILIZE PERSONAL SURFACE CLEANING WIPES AND HAND SANITIZER with at least 60% alcohol. 7. DO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING and stay 6 feet away from people who don’t live with you, both in and out of the water and avoid sharing items with other people. 8. STAY HOME IF YOU DON’T FEEL WELL or if you tested positive for COVID-19 or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. 9. COVER YOUR COUGHS AND SNEEZES with a tissue or your elbow, throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hand. 10. Patrons are encouraged to WEAR A CLOTH FACE COVERING when not in the water* Do not place a cloth covering on children under age 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing or is unconscious, weak or otherwise unable to remove the cover without help. 11. All residents must adhere to Local, State and Federal published Covid-19 guidelines 12. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. By utilizing the PP3 Pool, patrons/residents/swimmers agree: a. To sole personal responsibility for their safety and actions b. To comply with all PP3 policies and rules, including but not limited to all policies, guidelines, signage and instructions. c. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, for self, spouse, family forever release, waive, discharge and covenant to hold-harmless Pier Pointe Three, its officers, agents and HOA.
